The Twaron ballistic anti-shrapnel pocket protects you against fragments reflected from the steel plate and prevents frequent secondary injuries to the torso, neck, and face.
The plate carrier itself does not hold the shrapnels, so it is necessary to have any plate coating.
The cover has a velcro flap, so inserting and removing the plate is very simple.
The advantage of the pocket compared to the spray coating is not only the possibility to remove the plate at any time, but also the fact that the overall size of the plate only increases a few millimeters from each side, so you do not have to worry that the plate with a pocket in the vest did not fit.
The pocket is made for plate of 150×200 mm size.
